Project workspaces
Saved briefs can include your name, work email, desired outcome, estimator selections, onboarding responses, messages, decisions, proposal directions, and change requests. Private content is encrypted before storage. Each workspace is protected by a random access key that we store only as a one-way hash.
Purpose and retention
We use brief data to respond, plan an engagement, prevent abuse, and maintain the tracker. Unqualified or inactive briefs are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless a longer client relationship or legal obligation applies.
Optional conversion measurement
If you opt in, Studio records only named funnel events such as estimator completion, brief save, discovery progress, proposal direction, and discovery scheduling. The session identifier is pseudonymized with HMAC and event records are encrypted. We do not store analytics IP addresses, advertising identifiers, raw browser fingerprints, page-view history, or session replay. These analytics records are retained for up to 13 months to compare meaningful conversion periods.
Lead notifications and booking
Discovery-time preferences and notes remain encrypted in the project workspace. Internal lead alerts include only a project ID, service, planning range, event type, and operations link; they exclude your name, email, desired outcome, access key, preferred times, and booking note.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform, under appropriate controls, or when legally required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Include your project ID but never email your access key.
Security
We use transport encryption, least-privilege access, hashed tracker keys, input validation, rate controls, and monitored infrastructure. No internet service can promise absolute security.
